This is an exciting new role with a hyper-growth Asian consumer app, based in Singapore (HQ).
The role will be leading an existing team dedicated to the internal (custom built) advertisement platform. In this role you will be tasked with growing the team, as well as further developing and managing the product roadmap. You'll be the most senior person for the platform and will therefore have strong exposure to the C level and all key stakeholders across the entire business.
This company is proud to offer a market-leading compensation. As a Head of Product role, the right candidate can expect a base salary of at least 15k-18k SGD per month, plus variable bonus and ESOPs.
Mentor, lead, inspire and further grow the adtech team, act as a visionary, help to cement adtech as a core pillar of the business
Manage the entire product life cycle and roadmap, helping shape and develop the roadmap based on industry knowledge, user data and further insights
As a senior leader in the business, embody the company values and represent the company to investors (where necessary) whilst helping develop the company culture
At least 10 years' experience in apps / websites, with a core focus on Product Management roles
Minimum of 2 years' experience in adtech, either in house or working on the vendor side
Prior management experience of Product Managers is a must
Strong sense of the consumer in south east Asia
Ability to think quickly, act with conviction, and learn from mistakes
