• Senior role overseeing all Product lines and reporting to C level

This role is with a well-established FinTech (Series A), specializing in loans for small businesses. They are on the cusp of launching a new suite of products and need an expert Head of Product to manage the team through the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities: 

• End to end ownership of the entire product roadmap and subsequent product teams, from ideation through to launch, growth & scale
• Work cross functionally with engineering, design & marketing teams to drive successful products and features
• Report to C level, having direct impact on company direction based on your strategy and roadmap of new features you envision
• Act as subject matter expert of both market & customer, advocating market research and developing customer-focused solutions. Work closely with customers to understand needs, and help shape product vision

Requirements:

• Anywhere between 10-18 years' experience, with a core focus in FinTech
• Exceptional Product Management skills, with recent years having been in a position of management where you've led other PMs
• Prior experience having launched Card Products
• Demonstrated clarity and precision in research, analysis, decision making
• Educated to at least degree level, ideally with in Computer Science/Engineering
• Highly motivated and passionate about the FinTech start up scene in South East Asia
• Due to visa constraints, the ideal candidate will not require visa sponsorship
