Responsibilities:
· Manage an organised and focused partnerships team
· Devise and implement a business sales strategy
· Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Training and monitoring of the team/function
· Setting the targets and objectives
Requirements
· 10+ years of international payments or finance related B2B product and sales experience
· Team leadership and management
· Proven track record of leading a successful partnerships team
· Understands how to implement growth strategies within the business
· Comprehensive understanding of Foreign Exchange
