Our Client is a leading International Consumer organisation with a very strong presence in the Asia Pacific. They are looking for a creative and innovative brand builder to drive their Marketing strategy across Hong Kong and Taiwan whilst leading a team of experienced Brand Managers and Digital experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute marketing plans to differentiate the organisation, build brand equity and drive consumer demand
  • Lead the strategy for existing and new consumer targets and segments.
  • Development effective brand communications across various medium
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in global and local messaging, and propose where we need to differ from global approach
  • Finalize range amongst categories to match consumer need and maximise profitability
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Build a long-term vision for the function and support the team

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 8+ years’ marketing experience in a strong consumer brand, of which majority experience should be in Brand Marketing.
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Problem Solving ability
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of marketeers
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
