Our Client is a leading International Consumer organisation with a very strong presence in the Asia Pacific. They are looking for a creative and innovative brand builder to drive their Marketing strategy across Hong Kong and Taiwan whilst leading a team of experienced Brand Managers and Digital experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute marketing plans to differentiate the organisation, build brand equity and drive consumer demand
- Lead the strategy for existing and new consumer targets and segments.
- Development effective brand communications across various medium
- Ensure alignment and consistency in global and local messaging, and propose where we need to differ from global approach
- Finalize range amongst categories to match consumer need and maximise profitability
- Build strong relationships with distributors, external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Build a long-term vision for the function and support the team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 8+ years’ marketing experience in a strong consumer brand, of which majority experience should be in Brand Marketing.
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem Solving ability
- Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of marketeers
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
