Our client, a multi-national beverage company, are looking for a Singapore Head of Marketing to join their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a successful marketing and brand portfolio strategy for the Singapore market
  • Manage a team to plan and execute ATL activities 
  • Manage a trade marketing team to execute BTL marketing activities
  • Motivate and lead a team to meet expectations and obligations in line with company objectives
  • Develop new commercial opportunities via 3rd party partnerships
  • Consistently monitor the Singapore market and gather market intelligence on competitors and consumer trends
  • Manage the marketing budget for Singapore market
  • Develop strategic framework for the marketing mix (media, price, distribution, sponsorship, promotion and creative / advertising development strategy, use of agencies)
  • Develop and execute innovation and impact-driven brand / trade marketing plans

Key Requirements 

  • 10 - 12 years experience in marketing / commercial role
  • 4 years leadership experience 
  • Degree holder
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in the beverage industry would be an advantage but not essential
