Our client is looking for a Head of Licensing to lead the team as part of their regional business for Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Be fully involved in overseeing and supervising projects for Corporate Licensing in Singapore and Hong Kong
• Meet and build rapport with clients, and provide advisory for solutions surrounding their business activities
• Coordinate with regional team members for licensing projects
• Be the point of contact for regulators
• Conduct annual Compliance training for licensing updates for other staff in the firm
• Keep abreast with regulatory developments and ensure that risks are mitigated
• Attend and represent firm at corporate events

Key Requirements 

• 8-10 years of experience in financial institutions or a consulting firm
• Excellent command of English to pitch for business in the region and communicate with regional offices and regulators
• Ability to navigate in a dynamic environment
• Business acumen, analytical skills and ability to interpret relevant regulations
