Our client, a global MNC in the industrial/ manufacturing space, is looking to hire a Head of Legal. This role will be responsible for leading a regional legal team covering APAC. The successful candidate will be spearheading various exciting projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the legal and contracts team across APAC
• Responsible for handling all legal and compliance matters in the region
• Providing pragmatic and sound legal advice to the senior management
• Leading the projects and contract management activities in the region
• Managing litigation and arbitration matters within the region
• Supporting the sales teams on tender activities, contract drafting and negotiations
• Customising and preparing agreement templates

Key Requirements

• Law degree from a top university, called to practice in an APAC Jurisdiction
• At least 10 years of broad legal and compliance experience
• International/regional exposure with international projects in the industrial/ manufacturing
• Leadership experience in supervising and managing a team
• Business fluency in Mandarin is ideal
