An exciting opportunity of a Head of Growth for a fast growing start-up in Ho Chi Minh City

As Head of Growth you will take the lead with growth marketing strategies for this financial start up. You will be responsible for total revenue, market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategy to drive growth and maintain retention
  • Work with cross-functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support aggressive growth targets
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive engagement
  • Manage teams for social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
  • Plan and strategize various marketing and sales campaigns that align with product development timeline, market trends and customer needs in order to maximise revenue and achieve business objectives
  • Lead the effort to provide insights into all sales & marketing activities through rigorous data analytics and insightful understanding of our customers
  • Provide training and career development strategic guidance
  • Responsible for annual, quarterly and monthly sales & marketing plan, monthly and weekly reports, budgeting & forecasts and other reports as directed/required
  • Coordinate with other parts of the company / partners to ensure meeting business objectives
  • Be responsible for developing and managing the go-to-marketing playbook that focuses on growth from throughout the marketing funnel

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years experience years Growth marketing experience, preferably across digital, banking, financial services
  • Background with either financial work experience or consulting mixed with digital marketing will be a huge plus
  • Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Skilled in presentation, negotiation, problem solving, data analytics
  • The ability to work independently and as a team, and accept working under high pressure
  • Ability to deliver reporting and insights that drive strategy and decisions, as well as provide guidance on success/failure metrics.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and growth analytics, growth hacking, E-commerce, or digital products
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mail marketing, or, other Social Media Management Systems, marketing automation
