Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing efforts with a firm focus on growing revenues using Inorganic, Organic and Growth Marketing and own demand generation function
  • Set up new digital marketing programs to scale customer acquisition efforts in the region, testing programs aggressively
  • Drive paid search, social marketing, display, mobile & app marketing, SEO & ASO
  • Own and be accountable for key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews to international business teams and present results to senior executives
  • Disseminate brand, customer, and product feedback across the organization
  • Partner with the customer success team to develop a customer-centric marketing and retention program agenda
  • Create, manage and publish dashboards, report on progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics
  • Leverage data for analyzing acquisition funnel metrics and to optimize campaign performances
  • Build, lead, coach and retain a team of high performing marketing professionals

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven hands-on track record for successful demand generation programs with a focus on digital channels for eCommerce and/or Fintech industry
  • At least 3+ years direct experience managing a marketing budget, including headcount and non-headcount resources
  • Track record in hiring and managing a marketing team that hits demand gen targets
  • A digital first marketer with experience in paid media, SEO and performance marketing
  • In-depth experience in marketing automation
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to run, coordinate and track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables in a highly dynamic and constantly evolving context
