Our client, a highly successful Southeast Asian fintech business valued around 2B USD is looking for a Head of Growth to lead the growth function. This is high impact role reporting directly into the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives that maximise monetization metrics
• Program manage the demand side initiatives by partnering with internal teams including marketing, product and sales and business development
• Track and optimize key user metrics such as retention spends and engagement
• Lead execution of the key levers that drive LTV, such as promos, CRM and loyalty programs
• Running a PMO for demand side projects with the functional heads
• End to end ownership of new projects, building their GTM strategy to execution
• Optimizing tracking and feedback mechanisms

Key Requirements

• 5 years plus of experience in a client facing consulting role or heading the growth function for a high growth technology business
• Agile thinker
• Self starter, comfortable working in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Results focused personality, able to adapt quickly
• SEA experience, ideally some Indonesian exposure
