Our client is a well-respected global Bank with strong footprint across Asia Pacific with various product offerings including Corporate and Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, Asset management and Securities Services

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the business with compliance advisory and support work
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all regulatory reports
• Administer all aspects of compliance risks, including managing regulatory updates and licensing requirements
• Manage regulatory and audit liaisons
• AML Officer for the entity
• Partnering with the business lines and management on strategic planning and budgeting
• Manager of the local COO office

Key Requirements

• Tertiary education with more than 10 years of working experience in the compliance and / or regulatory reporting field
• Strong communication abilities, written and verbal, in Thai and English
• Good working knowledge of Thai Securities Act and regulations, and AML-Related roles
• Previous experience from foreign banks and/ or Securities companies in Thailand
• Good team management and change leadership
