Our client, a brokerage firm, is looking for a Head of Compliance to join them.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all regulatory matters pertaining to licensing, reporting and conduct requirements
• Remit will include oversight of FCC and Control Room matters, with a lean team to lead
• Main point of contact and liaison between the relevant regulatory authorities and auditors

Key Requirements

• More than 12-15 years of Regulatory Compliance & AML experience
• Familiar with SFA/FAA/SGX rules and regulations
