Job Description
As Head of Commercial, you’ll be an inspiring leader and formidable commercial creator tasked with the extraordinary opportunity of driving forward our client's business’ ambitious evolution. You’ll be responsible for evoking exceptional prestige with their key retail partners, identifying new opportunities for the acceleration of the brand, while enticing new customers.
Main responsibilities/tasks:
• Drive ambitious, profitable and sustainable growth to the business in Southeast Asia and India
• Create, shape and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and allure new customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to foster #1 status with our key retail partners
• Work in partnership with Retail, Marketing & Visual Merchandising, Finance and Operations to ensure a cohesive brand experience
• Define, negotiate and execute revolutionary joint business plans that entice new customers
• Deliver a distinctive experience instore and online to drive purchase and loyalty
• Tightly manage each account business from budgeting and forecasting through stock management to performance and ROI tracking
• Manage a team of Senior Sales and Retail Manager and Trainer; inspiring their development and growth through coaching and expert leadership
• Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to in the marketplace
