Our client is an innovative logistic platform with rapid expansion. They are looking for Head of Commerce role to lead the commercial strategies for their APAC business.  

Key Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in planning and executing with P&L responsibilities
• Enforce strong collaboration across multiple functions (both locally and regionally) to effectively translate the company’s vision into actionable commercial strategies
• Maintain a strong client-partner relationship to support regional growth
• Internal and external management to drive business growth
• Maintain a strong client-partner relationship to support regional growth
• Drive revenue generation and sales pipeline, reporting, and analysis which supports overall target setting for the Asia region

Key Requirements 

• Extensive experience (more than 8 years) with proven leadership track record in an ecommerce or logistics capacity
• Ability to strategically develop markets and drive results
• A deep understanding of logistics and fulfilment space and the region, with proven expertise in driving availability and sales output
• Strong internal stakeholder management
• Communication skills at all levels with strong ability to influence across cultures to impact decision-making
• Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills
• Have the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
