Our client is a leading Blockchain firm, and they are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to implement and strategies online activities with the goal to grow their user base and increase the brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the user base and increase awareness of all the products in activities.
• Lead and own the delivery of the company’s marketing initiatives, may need to lead a team in identifying the right audiences, creatives, budget, and strategies to maximize efficiency and drive traffic into the purchase funnel
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and users, formulate user growth strategies, expand user growth channels and traffic, promote user activities.
• You will research and evaluate growth opportunities, prioritizing the most impactful projects and evaluate relevant requirements to manage the end-to-end execution
• You will maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of growth or marketing experience, team management experience is a plus point. Preferably with a start-up or a fast-paced company
• Proven track record in growing and managing user base
• Strong interest and knowledge in the blockchain/technology space
• Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis for problem solving and performance improvement
• Strong project management skills: the ability to collaborate across functions, priorities high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward
