My client is one of the most exciting Fintech startups to come out of SEA in the last couple years. Well-funded and globally headquartered out of Bangkok, Thailand. My client is embarking on an exciting international growth and expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing the strategic technology direction, development and accelerated growth and scalability of the platform. This includes all aspects of the engineering organisation, technology architecture and technology stacks
• Lead the design and architecture of a platform that integrates across the ever-changing technology ecosystem and seamlessly with our strategic partners
• Provide hands-on technology leadership and expert technical guidance to all functional areas, including Product, Customer, operations, strategic partnerships etc
• Staying on top of the latest technology trends and developments
• Ensuring best practices and processes for software development, QA, ongoing maintenance, scalability, performance, reliability etc

Key Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience with building highly reliable and scalable consumer digital platforms within high growth environments.
• Proven experience as a hands-on CTO or CIO in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture solutions for platforms at scale
• A degree and/or Masters in a technical discipline (Computer Science, information systems etc) from a reputable university
• Exposure in the Fintech/payments/remittance domain
• Experience and involvement in the Asia fintech ecosystem
• Goes without saying, excellent communications and have the ability to lead and inspire a team
