My client is one of the most exciting Fintech startups to come out of SEA in the last couple years. Well-funded and globally headquartered out of Bangkok, Thailand. My client is embarking on an exciting international growth and expansion journey.

Key Responsibility

  • Responsibility for all product-related matters including design, product development, GTM stategy and road maps
  • Collaborating across marketing, design, tech etc to deliver a beautiful and intuitive product experience to millions
  • Deep understanding of customer experience
  • Identifying & filling product gaps with new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Articulate and communicate the product vision and up-to-date roadmap extensively with key stakeholders
  • Implement data driven strategies to measure usage in various ways that enable customer success on our platform and monetisation
  • Work with our team of UX creatives to refine features for implementation based on data
  • Talk to our customers to fully understand them and their needs
  • Clearly communicate that back to the company and drive product decisions based on that data

Key Requirements

  • 10 - 14 years’ experience with 4+ years’ experience in a Chief Product Officer (CPO) or Head of Product role in a fast growing start up environment (Preferably within the Fintech domain)
  • Degree (i.e Computer science) and/or MBA from a globally reputable university
  • Experience in developing technology led digital solutions and products in areas of payments, remittance, lending etc
  • Proven ability to drive a product roadmap i.e. identify, prioritize, execute, measure new features/feature improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation and have the ability to work to shifting priorities with tight deadlines
  • A customer focused and commercially savvy leader who is a technologist at heart
  • Executive presence with great communication and the ability to manage stakeholders
