You will be responsible for the full spectrum of day to day accounting functions, driving Financial Control and compliance with SOX, US GAAP, IFRS including the preparation of statutory and management reports with analysis/insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead pre-deal due diligence for out licensing of key biotech assets
• Scope to cover deals across US, Europe and RoW
• Provide vital inputs during contract negotiation with 3rd party to incorporate deliverables and risks from due diligence
• Conceptualize and implement robust tracking with full leadership of Global BD project management
• Drive prioritization for selected deals across BD offices and beyond
• Be the single point of contact for monthly and quarterly reporting of Global BD function to senior management including the CEO
• Lead compilation, accuracy and comprehensiveness of all Global BD business cases spanning inward and outward deals across the Group
• Assess with cross functional support, different offers for outward deals including deal terms, quantities, exit clauses and risk assessment
• Play an important role in binding offers for inwards deals
