Job Description
We've partnered with an end-to-end payments solutions company that has recently been injected with around €70 million in funding. Off the back of this funding, they are looking to expand by hiring a Global Accounts, Sales Director to facilitate and drive their international product expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the strategy for the growth of the global accounts segment
- Develop complex sales strategies to drive new business
- Owning, negotiating and closing large contracts whilst collaborating across the key stakeholders on each deal
- Responsible for the overall sales cycle, whilst developing a growing pipeline of value-based revenue opportunities
- Expected to increase relevance with some of the most influential platforms and marketplaces globally
- Think strategically about new business models, product integrations and technical challenges to drive innovation with customers
Key Requirements
- You are a strategic negotiator and strong communicator.
- Payments Experience required
- +5 years of prior experience in an enterprise sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software or financial service.
- Preferable if you have experience in the payments industry with platforms and/or marketplaces.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a high-growth organization
- Superior relationship building and exceptional consultative sales skills
- Results oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a “hands-on” person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets.
- Recognizes and understands critical cultural approaches to doing business globally.
