Job Description

We've partnered with an end-to-end payments solutions company that has recently been injected with around €70 million in funding. Off the back of this funding, they are looking to expand by hiring a Global Accounts, Sales Director to facilitate and drive their international product expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the strategy for the growth of the global accounts segment
  • Develop complex sales strategies to drive new business
  • Owning, negotiating and closing large contracts whilst collaborating across the key stakeholders on each deal
  • Responsible for the overall sales cycle, whilst developing a growing pipeline of value-based revenue opportunities
  • Expected to increase relevance with some of the most influential platforms and marketplaces globally
  • Think strategically about new business models, product integrations and technical challenges to drive innovation with customers

Key Requirements

  • You are a strategic negotiator and strong communicator.
  • Payments Experience required
  • +5 years of prior experience in an enterprise sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software or financial service.
  • Preferable if you have experience in the payments industry with platforms and/or marketplaces.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a high-growth organization
  • Superior relationship building and exceptional consultative sales skills
  • Results oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a “hands-on” person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets.
  • Recognizes and understands critical cultural approaches to doing business globally.
