Job Description

We are working with a freight forwarding company who are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a team and drive sales for the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute successful sales strategies and plans
- Line management responsibility of 11 General Managers within the region
- Exceed personal and team sales goals through account development and maintenance
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, vision and direction
- Work with Regional team to develop the plan for company expansion and in-country development
- You will be responsible for the day to day management and development of the business specifically by developing regional sales & marketing plans that supports regional brand and sales initiatives for key segments
Key Requirements
- More than 10 years experience in a marketing and sales roles, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics with at least 5 years of senior management experience
- Data-driven mentality and strong business acumen
- Cross-cultural experience working with local and international teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates strong initiative and sense of ownership
- Assist in feasibility study of new acquisitions
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
