My client, a scale-up originally from USA disrupting the Insurance market focusing on Data and AI is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team.

This is a permanent role and will be fully remote. You can be based anywhere in USA. The salary on offer is up to $200,000. Sponsorship will not be offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, create, modify, and/or test software applications or systems for various products or software services
• Develop a strong understanding of relevant product area, codebase, and/or systems
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering
• Produce high-quality code with good test coverage using modern abstractions and frameworks
• Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in full stack engineering
• Familiarity with event backbone and job pool platforms (Kafka, etc)
• 5+ years of experience with React, Typescript, Python (Django) and have built complex backend systems
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new technologies quickly and learn on the spot
• Experience in design and code reviews
