A rapidly growing European Consumer Goods company are seeking a FP&A Manager to lead all FP&A and Marketing Finance activities for the Asia region. 

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidation of SEA Finance Planning & Reporting and fulcrum between SEA Marketing and Finance to ensure clarity in A&P for all stakeholders
• Lead the Marketing Finance for the Asia region, acting as a key stakeholder on PO management system, providing clarity on YTD picture of A&P spend, ensuring advertising spend is in line with budget, evaluation of activities and more
• Consolidate management reports in a timely and accurate manner to ensure SEA 
• Leadership team are updated on business and financial performance and submit monthly commentary to APAC
• Analyse business performance against target and perform variance analysis and challenge markets on differences in performance
• Consolidation of markets’ monthly depletion and shipment numbers to manage SEA allocation
• Consolidate markets’ submission for LE/Budget to get an overall SEA submission
• Initiate Quarterly Business Review process to ensure markets are aligned to SEA direction

Key Requirements

• Degree educated, ideally with an ACCA, CA or CPA qualification
• With at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, with exposure to marketing finance
• Strong commercial acumen and decision making/problem solving skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, dealing with financial and numeric data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of senior stakeholders
