Our client is a brand new well-funded start up fund focused on Global Fixed Income business. Due to rapid expansion they are looking for a dynamic fast paced and hardworking operations professional to join the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the operational function across various products in but primarily fixed income on trade booking, trade breaks investigations, daily reconciliations

• Work with PB and fund administrators to resolve any issues

• Support trade booking, trade breaks investigations, position reconciliation, P&L reconciliation

• Streamline and document workflow through automation and process review

• Assist in any ad-hoc projects Job Requirements

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of solid experience in operations within a fund, fund administrator or Investment Bank
• Good knowledge of Fixed Income products (USD Bonds, Repo and FX) 
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently
• Strong excel & VBA
