Our client is a growing REIT business with properties and investments in the USA. They are currently looking for Finance Manager as a result of business expansion here in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with team managers to ensure financial reporting activities, month end close, cash monitoring and tax filings are maintained
• Provide accounting advice on all technical accounting aspects
• Management reporting for the region
• Review and ensure compliance with accounting regulations, trust deed, standard operation procedure and delegation of authority
• Actively part take in all M&A activities including due diligence and treasury

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or any other relevant degrees
• At least 6-8 years of finance experience and knows how of how the REIT business works
• Qualified Accountant
