My client, a rapidly growing European marketing agency, are looking to hire a Regional Finance Director in Singapore to lead and oversee all finance operations and support the company in delivering its long term objectives for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the full Finance function for APAC including financial and statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, controllership and more
• Business partner with the APAC CEO for the development of long term strategic plans and the annual budgeting process
• Own the Asia P&L, partnering with the APAC CEO on recommending ways to drive top line profitability with clients
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of key performance indicators
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to also manage the regional finance team
• Act as the key point of contact in the region for all strategic and commercial issues, demonstrating strong problem solving skills
• Prepare the budget & monthly financial forecast for APAC, including presentation to the global team, ensuring P&L targets are on track
• Create and support a first class finance function that works as a true business partner, excelling at ensuring adequate controls

Key Requirements

• Degree educated, ideally with an MBA, CA or CPA qualification
• Preferably Big 4 trained with at least 10+ years of experience in a managerial financial role
• Excellent commercial and business acumen combined with strong leadership and decision making/problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with a variety of stakeholders
