Our client, a premium education establishment, are looking for an experienced Executive Director of Sales & Marketing to join and lead their Asia Pacific operations from Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, the Executive Director will be responsible for:

• Devising and executing an agreed sales and marketing plan for the regional team in Singapore
• Delivering on marketing and sales targets for the region
• Recruiting and maintaining a strong sales and marketing team
• Holding regular meetings with sales and marketing teams to ensure they are meeting their key sales performance indicators
• Present regular sales and marketing updates to the executive team at HQ
• Be the main point of contact for the Asia Pacific region
• Act as the brand ambassador for the organization within the APAC region
• Negotiate sales contracts with sales partners within the region
• Instigate new business initiatives to drive sales growth

Key Requirements

• A proven track record in sales and marketing management
• Experience of education management within the APAC region
• Creative & innovate sales and marketing ideas to implement within the team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior regional sales position 
• Higher education programme sales an advantage
