Job Description

​Working for an established international unicorn payments business that has recently had a large amount of investment and is looking to increase their footprint across Europe, is looking to hire a European Sales Manager based in Amsterdam.

As a European Sales Manager, you will be tasked to develop and grow new B2B sales across their full suite of payment solutions focusing on large corporates and SME business across the European markets

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales (EMEA), you will be responsible for:

  • Develop, pursue, and execute through to closing new business sales opportunities

  • Conduct detailed needs assessments for prospects focusing on their international payment business needs and strategic priorities

  • Work closely with the SDR team to create and execute relationship-based calling plans for global corporate clients headquartered in the EU

  • Achieve above quota sales results for our fast growing global payments enterprise

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of payments experience in sales for European multinational businesses

  • Experience in selling to B2B clients, marketplaces, logistics and supply chain management platforms

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas

  • Must be a Sales Hunter. Ability to prospect and drive net new sales in a very competitive payments technology environment

  • Ability to thrive in a start-up organization environment that’s fast evolving
