One of the newly formed virtual banks is on the lookout for a Digital Copy Lead to join their in house customer experience team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the virtual banking scene and work at the forefront of the digital banking sector.

Key Responsibilities 

• Write digital copy for digital banking platforms including app, web, campaigns and social media.
• Work with Customer experience, IT, product and platform team making sure copy is aligned with vision.
• Maintain tone of voice across all digital platforms
• Detail features and benefits of banking products in a creative and compelling manger
• Produce social media content, news letters and blogs
• Work with UX team on developing flow and grafting functional copy
• Own all copy communication for the product

Key Requirements 

• Fluent native speaker
• 5 years digital copy experience
• Adaptable writing style
• Experience writing functional banking copy or working within the industry
