A rapidly scaling fintech having recently closed a £45 Million series B are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join and take charge of their development. You would be taking charge of a team of 15 developers which will scale to 30, reporting to the CTO with a focus on their new disruptive technology.

The desired candidate would have exposure to financial technologies (preferably in payments), an analytical mind, able to solve problems, manage people, design and architect projects. Must have experience in leading teams, exposure to agile development principles, an understanding of the stack is not required as this does not require hands on leadership (however would be valuable).

Role: Software Development Manager

Salary: £125,000-£160,000 (p/annum) + 3 months salary in shares p/annum

Location: London (Hybrid, must be in office minimum 2 days p/week)
