Our client, a fast-growing international FMCG organiation, are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to join their team in Shanghai and be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in China online, by developing and executing eCommerce strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development (China), the ecommerce Manager will be responsible for:


Key Responsibilities 

  • Accountability for China ECommerce P&L
  • Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy for the China market
  • Responsible for sales performance and marketing activities to drive traffic and conversion on China ecommerce by creating an online presence
  • Work with regional and global eCommerce, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain / Logistics teams to ensure smooth running of eCommerce activity
  • Manage eCommerce distributor and build a high performance team in China


Key Requirements 

  • 7+ years professional experience with a strong track record in eCommerce & digital environment
  • FMCG exposure an advantage but not essential
  • Strong understanding of the China eCommerce landscape
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • University degree
