Based in Asia (Singapore as the preference), this role is with a growing B2C, known for being a market leader in their field with a turnover of nearly 10 millon USD last month. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team in tech (UI, UX, QA, Engineers and Product Managers)
• Report to the Founder (comes from a tech background)
• Define and lead the strategy for the team as well as liaising with stakeholders from a all areas of the business (sales, marketing, c suite, tech, strategy, business intelligence, etc)
• Collaborate on projects, understand how data can better be used to predict user behaviour and craft the product vision and roadmap
• Be a subject matter expert: know the competitors in the market and recognise where there are gaps for improvement

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, in tech companies in the consumer space (e.g. B2C, eCommerce, etc)
• Background in, or exposure to: Data Mining/Science/Analysis, Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX 
• 5+ years of experience hiring and managing a team
• 5+ years of experience growing products from scratch, MVP stage to large scale cross markets
• Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in an Asian language would be a major plus
• Curious mindset to challenge the status quo
• No ego, able to get hands on with tech and guide from the front
