Industry-leading cybersecurity company is currently looking for a Director of Product Marketing. This is a newly created position to create the product marketing function Globally

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering marketing messages to acquire and retain customers across all different markets
• Developing the roadmap of user-stories
• Creating hiring plans for teams worldwide
• Train, promote, motivate, assign responsibilities
• Structure a strategic multi-year vision for product marketing
• Look at how to acquire revenue from all organic channels across all media (web and all apps)
• Brand compliance and consistency.
• Communicating with current and prospective customers across emails, in-app, customer-web, app-stores.
• Defining marketing plans for new value propositions
• Coordinating the execution of split-tests in all funnels
• Creating a seamless user experience that convinces users to install apps on more devices
• Analyse customer data and drive UX improvements in order to decrease customer churn
• Build strategies to drive traffic and sales through app store optimization
• Drive promotion ideas that boost app adoption and lifetime customer value
• Maximize ability to receive successful customer referrals
• Improve conversion on leads to successful signups from partners

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in product marketing with 3+ years in management
• Strong understanding of complex software or application platforms (both mobile and web)
• Management experience in leading teams composed of other functions like writing, data analytics, and UX
• Experience in developing hiring plans and have built your own team(s) previously
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
