This is an urgent role for a Senior professional in Product Design to join a well known design consulting agency, based in Hong Kong (HQ).

The company is a leading name in digital design & consulting, and it's clients are some of the most well established MNCs, FMCGs and Banks worldwide. This role will manage the entire Design team (around 14 people) and will report to the MD of Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply a user-centred design approach to create impactful solutions in a cross functional team of designers, product managers, data scientists and software developers
• Lead the full design process hands on: user research, synthesis, concept creation, prototyping, testing and high-fidelity UX/UI and visual design
• Work closely with C levels / business stakeholders to craft roadmaps that meet company vision
• Contribute to product strategy, advocate for the power and value of design
• Hire, inspire, manage and develop a team of product designers

Key Requirements

• Several years (at least 8) of hands on experience in designing and launching digital products
• At least 3 years experience hiring & managing designers
• Core experience in consumer centric (B2C) technology is a must, within Indonesia and within FinTech both being a strong plus
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI, Design Thinking and Agile methods
• Strong knowledge of relevant tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Invision, Adobe CS)
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and coaching skills
• Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

In addition to local talent, oversees candidates are invited to apply and will be expected to work remotely (Singapore is also an option) until travel restrictions lift.
