Job Description

We are partnered with a Neo-bank FinTech start-up who are on a mission to reduce poverty through their personal finance servicing tool that provides access to all to more affordable credit by helping raise credit scores. Their automated platform prioritizes debt and ensures it is paid off intellectually with their algorithm whilst also ensuring future actions do not affect credit scores.

They are currently looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to join their team ahead of their launch and with a valuation of over $1.5BN and a well-respected founding team, this is not an opportunity to be missed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of the client list
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business
  • Assist in generating a roadmap of development that is realistic and achievable
  • Be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and signing prospective clients

Key Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in Leadership Business Development positions
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up
  • Prior FinTech experience desirable
  • Experience selling to institutional clients
