This newly-created Development Lead position to drive greenfield native Cloud application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive development of greenfield applications using Cloud Native architecture
• Strategise application designs using emerging/modern technology stack to create cutting-edge banking products
• Manage private and public cloud deployments of secure applications in highly available, scalable and performance systems
• Champion programming best practices within development teams to ensure codes are scalable, maintainable and testable
• Partner with engineers and architects to build applications in an agile manner, including prototyping

Key Requirements

• More than 15 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong exposure to cloud-based development framework and agile methodologies
• Excellent in modern technology stack such as Core Java 8, Spring, Springboot, AngularJS, Cloud platforms (AWS, PCF etc), MariaDB
• Good understanding in banking domain and track record of delivering banking solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence technology and business stakeholders and driving development teams across the region
