Our client is fintech player in Singapore and looking to build their credit risk team.

As part of the core leadership team, we are looking to hire a Director Credit Risk to manage the overall direction of the credit risk management function and to set up the frameworks, policies, etc for the fintech firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering credit risk frameworks, policy and credit portfolio management
• Establish and define the risk scorecards and rules for underwriting while driving the methodology behind credit risk

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Credit Risk in particular in the SME banking sector
• Successful candidate will have around 12 years of retail risk experience with an appreciation for the fintech/digital banking space
• Current experience in a fintech firm will be a big plus
