Our client is a Fortune 500 member and one of the largest real estate organizations in the world. As a part of their strategic business improvement, they are currently seeking for a talented Digital Agile Manager to be a part of their Digital team

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the software delivery of technology using Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Lead the Project / Scrum team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventory
  • Lead the execution of Scrum processes (Sprint planning, Sprint review and retrospective, product backlog grooming, and building product release plan)
  • Lead and deliver projects, work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables using Agile framework and principles

Key Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Technology Program Manager/Business Analyst role; last 2 years as a Digital Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Manager role           
  • Good experience standard methodologies such as Waterfall, SDLC, Agile and Scrum
  • Written and verbal skills in English & Japanese, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors and between the project team and senior leadership. This is due to interacting with Japanese clients
