Our client is a growing Fintech brokerage company with presence in Singapore and the region.

They are currently look for a Deputy Head of Finance / Head of Finance to lead the finance function and a team based in Singapore whilst working very closely with the head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and ensuring statutory & regulatory reporting, audit and tax.
• Providing analysis and commentaries of the performance of the company’s initiatives
• Work closely with business heads of drive business performance.
• Oversee operation including accounting for income and expenditure.
• Manging a team and ensuring a high level of team productivity is maintained.
• Finding ways to constantly enhance and automate business processes and systems.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting; CPA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Atleast 8-12 years of accounting experience in a Financial Institution; prior experience working with a brokerage firm will be a plus
• Good working product knowledge in Exchange traded derivatives / OTC derivates
• Independent & self motivated, ability to work in a hands-on environment.
• Good working and writing skills in English & Mandarin is required due to the nature of the role.
