The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the customer a satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Your goal is to provide payment transactional support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the business’s products.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Dealing directly with customer:
  1. Late payments settlements from customers
  2. Customer queries on payments holds or payment delays
  3. Compliance request related to customer payments and receipts and;
  4. Monitor customer payments are sent on time
  • Responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience through feedback from customers or other customer success programs and by analyzing data to ide the best practices
  • Work directly with the middle office teams to investigate funds that have not been received or have been returned
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experiences in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
