Customer Success Manager
About the Role
- Join a growing FinTech team as a Customer Success Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and contract renewals, while identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture customer relationships, leading regular communications and quarterly business reviews.
- Address customer concerns proactively, ensuring timely resolutions and positive experiences.
- Support account management by maintaining detailed account plans and understanding the product's technical aspects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or Financial Services.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Highly personable, motivated, and capable of working collaboratively across different teams.
The role is UK-based with some European travel required.
