Customer Success Manager

About the Role

  • Join a growing FinTech team as a Customer Success Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Success.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and contract renewals, while identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships, leading regular communications and quarterly business reviews.
  • Address customer concerns proactively, ensuring timely resolutions and positive experiences.
  • Support account management by maintaining detailed account plans and understanding the product's technical aspects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS or Financial Services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
  • Highly personable, motivated, and capable of working collaboratively across different teams.

The role is UK-based with some European travel required.
