An exciting opportunity has come up with a global leader in Mobile Technology for a role based in Melbourne, Australia. My client is looking for a motivated Customer Marketing Manager who is experienced n building lasting customer relationships and is passionate about making meaningful and successful customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop account marketing plans to ensure and accelerate the understanding of solutions available
  • Analyse strategic customer accounts from the market, customer and competitor perspectives
  • Develop and execute strategic Account-Based Marketing plans and programs to include to have an integrated approach to digital and overall customer engagement
  • Plan and run customer events, activities and workshops that are localized or adapted from global campaigns and activations.
  • Drive and champion customer engagement and provide input on account marketing content needs
  • Participate in sales and account planning, in order to maximise the number of engaged leads

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent degree from a reputed university
  • 10 years plus experience in relevant field including product, customer, strategic and/or field marketing
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Strong resilience and desire to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment
  • Understanding of end customer trends & behaviour, across both B2B and B2C markets
  • Excellent written and verbal with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience engaging & working with sales & customer account teams
  • Industry experience across telecoms and/or IT
