Our client, a luxury lifestyle retail brand, are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join their expanding team to be based in Singapore and covering the SEA and Australia markets

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the planning, strategy and implementation of CRM for designated SEA and Australia markets
  • Managing content for customer touch points through various channels
  • Managing the designated database and out-reach with customers
  • Building a strategy to deliver best loyalty offering in the industry to companies customers
  • Setup automatic cycles for new and existing users
  • Implementing, monitoring and improving companies loyalty program across designated markets

Key Requirements

  • The right candidate for the role will have 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or CRM roles for leading retail or luxury industry vertical.
  • Experience of SEA and Australia markets will be an advantage.
