Our client, a luxury lifestyle retail brand, are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join their expanding team to be based in Singapore and covering the SEA and Australia markets ‘
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the planning, strategy and implementation of CRM for designated SEA and Australia markets
- Managing content for customer touch points through various channels
- Managing the designated database and out-reach with customers
- Building a strategy to deliver best loyalty offering in the industry to companies customers
- Setup automatic cycles for new and existing users
- Implementing, monitoring and improving companies loyalty program across designated markets
Key Requirements
- The right candidate for the role will have 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or CRM roles for leading retail or luxury industry vertical.
- Experience of SEA and Australia markets will be an advantage.
