My client unique and exciting high growth fintech disrupting the insuretech and digital wealth space in SEA, we're looking for a high caliber and customer focused CPO to join the team as they continue to grow and target to expand into more regional markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead a multidisciplinary team from ideation to scoping, design, concept testing and delivery
  • Plan and maintain the product roadmap and strategy to lead the product through commercial success and regular improvements and iterations
  • Be the voice of the customer in the definition of your product/service, and collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, to converge on a broader coherent proposition
  • Act as the overall product owner to define and manage the product backlog, prioritising feature releases in line with the broader roadmap
  • Gather and manage product feedback through mechanisms including surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Lead UI/UX in continuously deepening understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
  • Hire, groom and continue to develop a high performing product team

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience building digital consumer internet products.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital Fintech or Insurtech consumer products, growing, scaling and launching FinTech/ InsurTech/ HeatlhTech product in Singapore and regionally
  • Demonstrated experience leading a product teams
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies
  • A strong customer focus and a natural inclination to let empirical research define and inform product/service priorities
  • Hands on experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate and lead high performing product talent.
