Our client, a highly innovative food and beverage company, are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Country Manager to join their team and manage the launch operations for their brand in the Thailand market. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Driving Sales in the Thailand market in food service and retail
• Identify and grow existing and new accounts
• Primary contact for distributors 
• Responsible for managing the marketing activities for the Thailand market 
• Manage Thailand P&L
• Manage the recruitment of the team for Thailand operations
• Be the brand ambassador for the organization within the Thailand market

 Key Requirements

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in sales or country management position
• FMCG or F&B industry experience an advantage
• Experience managing and leading sales, marketing and operations teams
• Instrumental in the launch of international brands to new markets
