This position sits within the Regional Corporate Strategy division of a highly reputable multinational financial services and payments corporation. To meet the demands of an evolving industry, they are seeking a high-caliber individual to join them as the Senior Director, Asia-Pacific Interchange.

Key Responsibilities

• Sitting in the Asia-Pacific Corporate Strategy Division leading a team of 12
• Partner with business leaders to drive growth, revenue and productivity, increase transaction volumes and achieve market objectives
• Lead the development of interchange strategies for Asia Pacific region whilst evaluating value proposition, product differentiation and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with regional and in-country leadership teams to optimize interchange programs through feasibility studies and advising on business cases
• Be the internal consultant to various functions and markets across Asia Pacific, whilst bridging communication between the region and headquarters

Key Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor / Masters Degree
• A minimum of 15 years corporate strategy and consulting experience gained from a sizeable business
• Prior experience in management consulting and/or payments industry is advantageous
• Exposure to revenue management, building pricing strategies, and / or value creation
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and working with senior leaders
• Advance level in financial modeling and data analytics
