Our client is a premier financial product compare marketplace with an aggressive expansion in Asia. They are looking for a Country Director to lead the local team and expand the market position in Hong Kong. 

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for business development and account management with company's financial institution.

• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, insurance companies etc.

• Manage and grow the business in Hong Kong in close cooperation with company's Support Centre.

• Actively engaged Support Centre in strategy development and execution.

• P&L ownership for Hong Kong.

• Actively participate in the financial and tech industry communities.

• Become the first point of contact for their partners, media companies and press in Hong Kong

Key Requirements

• 10+ years managerial experience, with at least 5+ years in the financial services industry.

• Extensive knowledge of local finance, insurance business and products is a pre-requisite.

• Track record of Sales Expertise in the financial and/or Digital sector, in particular B2B sales.

• Experience in leading cross-functional and geographic teams.

• Online business experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, marketing, business management or another related field of study.

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English, both in writing and speaking.
• Qualifications in IIQE papers 1, 2 & 3.
