Job Description

Our client is a real estate and healthcare company headquartered in Singapore.

As a Corporate Secretary, you are responsible for providing administrative, secretarial, and compliance support to the Board of Directors and management of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and governance, as well as experience in the real estate industry.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all corporate secretarial matters across all entities at the group level
  • Ensure regulatory compliance to Companies Act other legal requirements
  • Responsible for organizing and preparing board meetings, board resolutions, meeting minutes; etc.
  • Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain corporate secretarial database and other relevant platforms
  • Liaise with auditors, internal/external stakeholders, Directors, regulatory authorities on corporate secretarial related matters
  • Support the supervisor on any other matters assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in managing corporate secretarial matters
  • Degree qualification preferred (at least a Diploma with relevant qualification i.e. ICSA)
  • CSIS/ICSA qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and governance
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong team player and proven management capabilities
