Key Responsibilities 

• Work closely with the senior partner on the execution of legal transactions
• Involved in business development for the practice group including hiring potential associates
• Handle drafting, reviewing and negotiation of legal and commercial matters for the clients
• Involved in wide range of legal work including general corporate commercial, litigation, regulatory advisory, etc

Key Requirements 

• Must be a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE in corporate work and dealing with private clients will be an added advantage
• Must have trained in law firm
• Possess excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial acumen
