A rapidly growing Investment Holding Company are seeking a Manager to lead and oversee all Mergers & Acquisitions and due diligence projects for the APAC region
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluation and execution of M&A and other investment opportunities, including evaluation and execution of M&A and other investment opportunities
- Oversight of transaction due diligence, including planning due diligence workstreams and management of transaction advisors
- Development and execution of corporate and business unit level strategy, including co-ordinating and executing post-acquisition integration plans
- Developing and overseeing value creation initiatives of existing portfolio companies
- Analysis of industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance to support C-level decision making
- Supporting management on other business development opportunities
Key Requirements
- Degree educated in Finance, Accounting or Business statistics, ideally with an MBA, CFA or CPA qualification
- Prior experience in the Consumer goods or FMCG industries is preferable but not a pre-requisite
- 5years relevant experience with at least 2years in a strategy/investment banking/corporate finance/private equity firm
- Excellent commercial and business acumen combined with strong decision making/problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with a variety of stakeholders
