A rapidly growing Investment Holding Company are seeking a Manager to lead and oversee all Mergers & Acquisitions and due diligence projects for the APAC region

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluation and execution of M&A and other investment opportunities, including evaluation and execution of M&A and other investment opportunities
  • Oversight of transaction due diligence, including planning due diligence workstreams and management of transaction advisors
  • Development and execution of corporate and business unit level strategy, including co-ordinating and executing post-acquisition integration plans
  • Developing and overseeing value creation initiatives of existing portfolio companies
  • Analysis of industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance to support C-level decision making
  • Supporting management on other business development opportunities

Key Requirements

  • Degree educated in Finance, Accounting or Business statistics, ideally with an MBA, CFA or CPA qualification
  • Prior experience in the Consumer goods or FMCG industries is preferable but not a pre-requisite
  • 5years relevant experience with at least 2years in a strategy/investment banking/corporate finance/private equity firm
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen combined with strong decision making/problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with a variety of stakeholders
