A boutique banking and insurance management consultancy are looking to hire consultants, senior consultants and managers. They are keen to see individuals with experience working in capital markets, corporate/investment banking, asset management and wealth management. Their work with these businesses involves technology implementation, digital transformation, designing and reviewing target operating models, intelligent automation, project management and process reengineering.

Key requirements:

• Comprehensive experience in consulting and delivery

• 1-7+ years experience in banking consultancy in the specified sectors

• Good understanding of core business processes and products in the FS industry

• Excellent grasp of modern change management concepts and effective BA skills

• Confidently present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks

• Research, collect and analyse data on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to formulate appropriate solutions

• Experience in project management

• Understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum Master certifications would be a bonus
